Neostigmine (15mg)
Tilstigmin Tablet is used in the treatment of myasthenia gravis, paralytic ileus, post-operative urinary retention and reversal of effect of skeletal muscle relaxant after surgery.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tilstigmin Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tilstigmin Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Tilstigmin Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
It is not known whether Tilstigmin Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Tilstigmin Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tilstigmin Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of kidney function test and some blood tests may advised while you are taking this medicine.
Tilstigmin Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Tilstigmin Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
