Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Glycopyrrolate and Neostigmine. Neostigmine is a cholinesterase inhibitor which is used at the end of a surgery to reverse the effects of certain medicines used during surgery such as muscle relaxants and anesthetics. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic which is added to prevent the unwanted effects of Neostigmine such as decreased heart rate and excess saliva production.

Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Long-term use of Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection might reduce milk production.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection may affect vision and coordination. This may affect your driving ability.
Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of kidney function test and some blood tests may advised while you are taking this medicine.
Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Stimin G 0.5 mg/2.5 mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
