Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Angizem DP 90 Capsule MR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Angizem DP 90 Capsule MR is used to treat angina (heart-related chest pain), high blood pressure, and some types of irregular heartbeats (arrhythmia). It is known as a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels to lower blood pressure. This helps to reduce the workload of the heart.

Angizem DP 90 Capsule MR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Angizem DP 90 Capsule MR is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Angizem DP 90 Capsule MR is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advised while you are taking this medicine.
