Prasugrin 10 Tablet is used to prevent blood clots. It decreases the chances of having another heart attack or stroke.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Prasugrin 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Prasugrin 10 Tablet is an antiplatelet medication. It works by preventing the platelets from sticking together, thereby decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. This lowers the chance of heart attack or stroke.

Prasugrin 10 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Prasugrin 10 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Prasugrin 10 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Prasugrin 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Prasugrin 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
