Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Prax A 75 Capsule is to be taken with food.
Taking it with food helps to avoid stomach upset.
Prax A 75 Capsule is a combination of two antiplatelet medicines: Aspirin and Clopidogrel which prevent heart attack. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots.

Taking Aspirin with alcohol increases the associated risk of stomach bleeding.
Prax A 75 Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Prax A 75 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Prax A 75 Capsule may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Prax A 75 Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Prax A 75 Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Prax A 75 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Prax A 75 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Prax A 75 Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
