Arkamin Tablet is also used to prevent migraines and hot flushes in women during menopause. This medicine can be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at the same time every day. You should always take this medicine as advised by the doctor and should never stop it without consulting the doctor. This may lead to your blood pressure rising up again and increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Arkamin Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
