Some other medicines may affect the way it works, especially other antidepressants and medicines called MAO inhibitors. There have been some reports showing an increased risk of birth defects affecting the heart in babies when the mother took Cozac 20mg Capsule during the first few months of pregnancy. In this condition, the baby breathes faster and appears bluish. These symptoms usually begin during the first 24 hours after the baby is born. So, it is advisable not to use Cozac 20mg Capsule during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.
