Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Revulant 1000 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Taking it with food may lessen the chance the Revulant 1000 mg Tablet will upset the stomach.
Revulant 1000 mg Tablet is an anti-anginal medication. It works by decreasing the oxygen requirement of the heart by relaxing heart muscle.

Revulant 1000 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Revulant 1000 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Revulant 1000 mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Revulant 1000 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Revulant 1000 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Revulant 1000 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Revulant 1000 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Revulant 1000 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Revulant 1000 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.
