Cisplat 50 mg Infusion is an anti-cancer medication. It works by damaging the genetic material (DNA and RNA) of the cancer cells which stops their growth and multiplication.

Cisplat 50 mg Infusion is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Cisplat 50 mg Infusion is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Cisplat 50 mg Infusion may cause side effects such as feeling sleepy and/or vomiting which could affect your ability to drive.
Cisplat 50 mg Infusion should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cisplat 50 mg Infusion may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Cisplat 50 mg Infusion is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Cisplat 50 mg Infusion is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Cisplat 50 mg Infusion may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
