Klon T 400 mg Tablet is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and widens airways. This makes breathing easier.

Klon T 400 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Klon T 400 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Klon T 400 mg Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Avoiding breastfeeding for 2-4 hours after Klon T 400 mg Tablet can further decrease the exposure of medicine to the baby.
Klon T 400 mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Klon T 400 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Klon T 400 mg Tablet is recommended.
Klon T 400 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Klon T 400 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
