Cognione 90mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Take this medicine exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water and not chew, crush or break it. Consult your doctor if you experience any undesirable effects. Do not stop taking the medicine before completion of the course or without consulting your doctor.
You may see an improvement in your symptoms after 2 weeks. However this depends on your condition, response to treatment, and dosage administered.
The recommended duration of treatment is 10 to 20 days of continuous daily usage of the required dosage of Cognione 90mg Tablet. However, this depends on the patient's age and illness.
Although there are no studies indicating that this medicine causes further kidney problems, it should not be administered if a person has severe kidney disease.
If you happen to miss a dose of Cognione 90mg Tablet, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up for the missed dose. Discuss this with your healthcare provider. In order to avoid missing a dose, use a calendar, pillbox, alarm clock, or cell phone alert to help you remember to take your medication. You may also ask a family member a friend to remind you or check in with you to be sure you are taking your medication.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
