Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. DM Lef 10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
DM Lef 10 mg Tablet blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling and redness associated with certain autoimmune diseases. It suppresses the underlying disease process, rather than simply treating the disease.

DM Lef 10 mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
DM Lef 10 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
DM Lef 10 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
DM Lef 10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of DM Lef 10 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
DM Lef 10 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
