Dulaglutide (0.75mg)
Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It can be used as a monotherapy (single therapy) when diet and exercise alone do not provide proper bood glucose control in patients for whom metformin is considered inappropriate. It can also be used as an add-on therapy with other glucose-lowering medicines if needed.

Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection is an anti-diabetic medication. It works by increasing the release of insulin from pancreas, decreases hormones that raise blood sugar levels, slows down digestion, and reduces appetite.

Taking dulaglutide with alcohol may affect blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes.
Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease because the information available is very limited.
Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Aplevant 0.75 mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
