Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used for the treatment of bacterial infections of urinary tract, skin & soft-tissue, ear, blood, genital and lungs (pneumonia).

Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

Avoid prolonged use of Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.
Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Gudcef 100 mg/5ml Syrup is recommended.
