Nicerbium Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food preferably at night. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain consistent level of medicine in the body. You should finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. In case you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. You should continue to take this medicine for as long as the doctor advises and do not stop taking it suddenly as it may result in worsening of headaches. Side effects associated with the use of this medicine includes fatigue, nausea, hot flushes, and muscle pain. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to treat or prevent the side effects. Nicerbium Tablet may also cause dizziness, so do not drive, operate machinery, until you know how this medicine affects you.

Nicerbium Tablet works by constricting (narrowing) these blood vessels, thereby relieving the migraine headaches. Nicerbium Tablet decreases vascular resistance and increases arterial blood flow, improving the utilization of oxygen and glucose by the blood vessels as well as other areas of the body. It also prevents platelet aggregation which coagulates the blood excessively, giving rise to blood clots and interfering with the blood circulation. Additionally it has antioxidant properties that enhance healing in Raynaud’s disease.
