Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lupibose 62.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Lupibose 62.5 Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.

Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
As Lupibose 62.5 Tablet can induce hypotension (decrease of your blood pressure) which can make you feel dizzy and this can affect your ability to drive.
Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is recommended.
Lupibose 62.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lupibose 62.5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
