Ranozine 500 mg Tablet SR is used to prevent chest pain (angina).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ranozine 500 mg Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Taking it with food
Ranozine 500 mg Tablet SR is an anti-anginal medication. It works by decreasing the oxygen requirement of the heart by relaxing heart muscle.
