Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Palozac 0.50 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Palozac 0.50 Capsule is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Palozac 0.50 Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Palozac 0.50 Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Palozac 0.50 Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Palozac 0.50 Capsule is recommended.
