Overview

Liver is an organ which detoxifies various metabolites, synthesize proteins and produces biochemicals necessary for digestion and growth. Liver function test are group of blood test (Bilirubin level, proteins, enzymes etc.) which provide information about the state of a patient's liver. These value somehow let us know what ailment can be we are suffering from and what sort of diet we are having.
