How Salbutamol / Albuterol+Etofylline / Etophylline+Bromhexine works

This is a combination of three medicines: Salbutamol, etofylline and bromhexine. Salbutamol and etofylline are bronchodilators which relax the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Together, they make breathing easier.

Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach discomfort, Diarrhoea, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating, Skin rash, Tremor, Palpitations, Muscle cramp, Restlessness, Increased heart rate
