How Loratadine+Pseudoephedrine+Nimesulide works

This is a combination of three medicines: Loratadine, pseudoephedrine and nimesulide that relieve aches and fever associated with cold. Loratidine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels, which provide temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Nausea, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Headache, Sleepiness, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Dizziness, Increased liver enzymes

Loratadine+Pseudoephedrine+Nimesulide is used in the treatment of allergic disorders, nasal congestion and fever.
