This is a combination of three medicines: Atorvastatin, ramipril and metoprolol which treat high blood pressure associated with high cholesterol levels. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor which reduces stress on the heart and relaxes blood vessel so that blood flows more smoothly. Metoprolol is a beta blocker which works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.

Atorvastatin+Ramipril+Metoprolol is used in the treatment of high blood pressure with high cholesterol.
