How Bromhexine+Phenylephrine works
This is a combination of two medicines: Bromhexine and phenylephrine which relieve cold symptoms. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion, Diarrhoea, Loss of appetite, Bloating, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating, Skin rash, Itching, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping)
