Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, muscle pain, dental pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, or painful menses.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
This will help to avoid acidity and heartburn.
Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Taking Diclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Zonex P 50 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
