How Medicine Works

Olfenac P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Olfenac P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
