How to use Rejunuron DN Tablet SR

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rejunuron DN Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Medicine Works

Rejunuron DN Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin and Pregabalin. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases the pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Rejunuron DN Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Rejunuron DN Tablet SR may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Rejunuron DN Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rejunuron DN Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Rejunuron DN Tablet SR is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Rejunuron DN Tablet SR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
