Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Stamace Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Stamace Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and ramipril which lower blood pressure effectively. It works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently.

Stamace Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Stamace Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Stamace Capsule may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Stamace Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Stamace Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment.

Inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.
