How Medicine Works

Zoline-Plus Eye Drops is a combination of five medicines: Camphor, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Menthol, Naphazoline and Phenylephrine which treat allergic eye disease. Camphor and Menthol provide a cooling effect to the eye. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating medicine similar to natural tears. It provides relief of burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye. Naphazoline and Phenylephrine are decongestants which work by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).
