Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pramipex 0.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pramipex 0.5 Tablet can cause hallucinations (seeing, hearing or feeling things that are not there). This may affect your ability to drive.
Pramipex 0.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pramipex 0.5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Pramipex 0.5 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pramipex 0.5 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
