Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trinexovas 20 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Trinexovas 20 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
Related Warnings
Taking Chlorthalidone with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Trinexovas 20 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
No information is available on the use of Trinexovas 20 Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Trinexovas 20 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Trinexovas 20 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Trinexovas 20 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Trinexovas 20 Tablet is not recommended in these patients.

Use of Trinexovas 20 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
