How Medicine Works

Roll ON Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, pseudoephedrine and dextromethorphan which relieve common cold symptoms. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves a cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.
