Baclofen (10mg)
Spinobak 10 Tablet is used for muscle relaxation. It treats muscle spasms which may occur in diseases affecting the nervous system, such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, or injury to head, brain or spine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spinobak 10 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Spinobak 10 Tablet is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm without reduction in strength. This improves pain and movement of muscles.

Spinobak 10 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Spinobak 10 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Spinobak 10 Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Spinobak 10 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Spinobak 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Spinobak 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
