Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER is to be taken with food.
Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Tolterodine which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha-blocker while Tolterodine is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.

Alcohol may increase drowsiness and dizziness while you are taking tolterodine.
Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Roliflo OD 2mg Capsule ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
