Piranulin Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.Some common side effects of this medicine include nervousness and abnormality of voluntary movements. However, these are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or bother you. It can also lead to weight gain, so, eat a healthy balanced diet, avoid snacking with high-calorie food, and exercise regularly.

Piranulin Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine and Piracetam. Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine is a natural choline compound. It works by delivering essential choline to the brain that gets converted into acetylcholine, a chemical messenger strongly associated with memory and cognition (activities of thinking, understanding, and learning). Piracetam is a nootropic medicine which increases the activity of acetylcholine and improves communications between the nerve cells.

Keep Piranulin Tablet in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of the unused medicine. Keep it away from children and other people not using this medicine.
Use of Piranulin Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to any of its components. Piranulin Tablet contains piracetam and the use of piracetam is avoided in patients with serious kidney disease, Huntington's disease and history of a brain hemorrhage.
