Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Soltus 300 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Soltus 300 Tablet is an atypical antipsychotic. It works by modulating the action of certain chemical messengers in the brain that affect thoughts.

Soltus 300 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
You may feel less alert, drowsy or sleepy while taking this medicine. This may affect your driving ability.
Soltus 300 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Soltus 300 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Soltus 300 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Soltus 300 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Soltus 300 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
