Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR is an atypical antipsychotic. It works by modulating the action of certain chemical messengers in the brain that affect thoughts.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
You may feel less alert, drowsy or sleepy while taking this medicine. This may affect your driving ability.
Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Soltus OD 100 Tablet SR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
