Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pause-XT Tablet is to be taken with food.

Pause-XT Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Tranexamic Acid, Tribasic Calcium Phosphate, Menadione and Citrus Bioflavonoid which reduce excessive bleeding. Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic medicine. It works by helping blood clot normally to reduce bleeding during periods, or after surgery. Tribasic Calcium Phosphate and Citrus Bioflavonoid provide essential nutrients. Menadione is a blood clotting vitamin which controls excessive bleeding.

Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Pause-XT Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Pause-XT Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Pause-XT Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pause-XT Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
