Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tel AH 40 mg/5 mg/12.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Taking Hydrochlorothiazide with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Tel AH 40 mg/5 mg/12.5 mg Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Tel AH 40 mg/5 mg/12.5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tel AH 40 mg/5 mg/12.5 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
