Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Sentosa 75 mg Tablet ER is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Babies should be monitored for excessive sleepiness and adequate weight gain.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
As side effects of Sentosa 75 mg Tablet ER are dizziness, confusion and eye sight changes such as blurred vision and this may affect your ability to drive.
Sentosa 75 mg Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sentosa 75 mg Tablet ER may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
