Solifenacin (5mg)
Regusol 5 Tablet is used in the treatment of Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms. OAB is a collection of urinary symptoms, including frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control urination.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Regusol 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Regusol 5 Tablet is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.

Regusol 5 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Regusol 5 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Long-term use of Regusol 5 Tablet might reduce milk production, and cause constipation, dry mouth and urine infection in the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Regusol 5 Tablet may cause blurred vision and sometimes sleepiness or tiredness which may affect your ability to drive.
Regusol 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Regusol 5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Regusol 5 Tablet is not recommended in patients undergoing kidney dialysis.
Regusol 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Regusol 5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Regusol 5 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
