Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet is an antiepileptic medication. It controls seizures or fits by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet can make you feel dizzy or drowsy especially at the start of treatment. If you are affected in this way, or if your eyesight is affected, you should not drive.
Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tegrital 100 Chewable Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
