Description of Salytar Solution

Salytar Solution is used to help provide relief from itching and flaking associated with scalp conditions like dandruff, seborrhea, and psoriasis. It is formulated with coal tar and salicylic acid which remove dead skin cells and cleanse the scalp.

Key Ingredients:

• Coal Tar USP

• Salicylic Acid IP

• Coal tar reduces keratinocyte proliferation and slows the growth of skin cells

• Salicylic acid softens the scaly patches and sheds the outer layer of the affected scalp region

• The solution is beneficial for providing relief from dandruff

• Scaling in seborrhea

• Seborrheic dermatitis

• Psoriasis of the scalp

• Massage into wet hair and scalp

• Rinse, reapply allowing lather to remain on hair for up to 5 minutes

• Rinse thoroughly

• For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by the healthcare professional

• Avoid contact with eyes

• If contact occurs, rinse the eyes thoroughly with water

• If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician

• Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a physician
