Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sucral Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Sucral Tablet forms a coating over the ulcer or any other raw surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the ulcer/raw surface from the gastric acid or any other injury, allowing it to heal.

Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Sucral Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Sucral Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Sucral Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sucral Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of Sucral Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
