Serline 25 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorder, phobia, post traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Serline 25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Serline 25 mg Tablet is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain. This improves mood and physical symptoms in depression and relieves symptoms of panic and obsessive disorders.

Serline 25 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Serline 25 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Serline 25 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Serline 25 mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Serline 25 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Serline 25 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease as you may be given a smaller dose initially and then increased slowly as required.
Serline 25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Serline 25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Serline 25 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
