Seradic A Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

Taking aceclofenac with alcohol may increase risk of stomach bleeding.
Seradic A Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Seradic A Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Seradic A Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Seradic A Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Seradic A Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
