Antegy M 20mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. The dose may vary depending on what you are taking it for. Take it as it has been prescribed by your doctor. You may need this medicine only on days you have symptoms, or as prescribed by your doctor. If you stop taking it earlier than advised, your symptoms may come back.This medicine is generally very safe. Antegy M 20mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.
