Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Paranir Drop may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Paranir Drop is a general anaesthetic. It works by causing reversible loss of consciousness. This allows surgical procedures to be carried out without pain and distress.

Paranir Drop may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Paranir Drop is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Breastfeeding can be resumed as soon as the mother has recovered sufficiently from general anesthesia to nurse.
Paranir Drop may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Paranir Drop is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Paranir Drop is recommended.
Paranir Drop should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Paranir Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
