Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sinadom Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Sinadom Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is an antiemetic and a prokinetic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear.

Sinadom Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Sinadom Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
No information is available on the use of Sinadom Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Sinadom Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
