Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. CPZ 50 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

CPZ 50 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
If the CPZ 50 mg Tablet is given, monitor the baby for excessive sleepiness during breastfeeding.
CPZ 50 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
CPZ 50 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of CPZ 50 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A close monitoring is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
