Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Triden Tablet is to be taken with food.
Triden Tablet is an anticholinergic medication. It works by decreasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This improves muscle control and reduces stiffness in Parkinson"s disease. It also improves movement disorder (restlessness, involuntary movements or muscle spasm) caused by certain other medicines.

Triden Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Triden Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Triden Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Milk secretion may decrease.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Triden Tablet can cause blurring of vision, dizziness, mild nausea, and mental confusion in some cases. This may affect your ability to drive.

Patients with kidney disease should be closely monitored by a doctor while taking this medicine.
